Privacy Policy — Flow Ultra

Flow Ultra ("the extension") is a Chrome extension that automates batch video-generation workflows on Google Flow (labs.google). This policy explains what data the extension collects, why, and how it is used.

1. Data we collect

Device identifier. On first install, the extension generates a random 256-bit identifier and stores it locally (chrome.storage.local). This ID contains no personal or hardware information — it exists only to link a license key to a specific browser install so the same license cannot be shared across unlimited devices.

License key and email. If you purchase or activate a Flow Ultra license, your license key and the email address you provide are sent to our backend (Cloudflare Workers, at flow-ultra-api.domle.workers.dev) solely to verify and manage your subscription entitlement.

Prompts and generated content. Text prompts you queue in the Flow Ultra side panel are sent directly from your browser to Google's Flow web application (labs.google) to generate videos, exactly as if you had typed them yourself. Flow Ultra does not transmit your prompts, generated videos, or Google account content to our own servers.

Local settings. Your queue, preferences, and UI state are stored locally in chrome.storage.local and never leave your device.

2. Data we do NOT collect

• No browsing history outside of labs.google / Flow-related pages
• No passwords or Google account credentials
• No sale or sharing of data with third parties or advertisers
• No analytics or tracking SDKs

3. How permissions are used

A full breakdown of each requested permission and why it is needed is available on request. In summary: the extension reads and modifies pages only on Google Flow (labs.google) and related Google domains to automate prompt entry and video downloads; it uses debugging APIs solely to simulate reliable keyboard/mouse input into Flow's own web page (no data is read from unrelated tabs); and it stores your queue and license state locally.

4. Data retention

License and email data is retained for as long as your license is active, plus a reasonable period for support and billing records. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below).

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the extension evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
